BC Garn Tussah Tweed

BC Garn Tussah Tweed is a cruelty-free silk processed from the cocoons of wild butterflies which are allowed to flee the cocoon before the fibers are processed into silk.  Tussah Tweed is very stable and feels a bit rough at the beginning, but gets softer and softer the more you wash and wear it.  If you’ve never worn 100% silk before, you’re in for a treat!  It keeps you warm without making you hot.  There’s a reason people have been using it for centuries!

• Skein Weight: 50g
• Content: 100% Tussah silk
• Washing instructions: gently handwash and lay flat to dry.
